These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by Società Agricola Isola di Wight s.s., located at Via Musili 2, 30028 San Michele al Tagliamento (VE), VAT ID 04592560272 (hereinafter "the property"). 1. Reservations

Reservations are considered confirmed upon communication of availability by the property via email, telephone, or WhatsApp. For certain types of bookings, a confirmatory deposit may be required, the amount of which will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellations and No-shows

To cancel or modify a reservation, it is necessary to contact the property directly:

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are communicated at the time of booking and agreed upon directly with the owner based on the guest's needs. The property is family-run: we kindly ask you to respect the agreed times.

4. Accommodation

Rooms are available with breakfast included (sweet and savory buffet featuring our own products). Guests are free to use the common areas: garden, porch, and swimming pool (during opening months). Ordering outside food is permitted.

The property accommodates up to the maximum number allowed by the agritourism license. The presence of children, pets, or any special requirements must be communicated during the booking phase.

5. Dining Service

Our dining service is agritourism-style: available dishes vary according to the season and the daily availability of our garden and farm production. There is no fixed menu. Daily specials are listed on the chalkboard. The service is mainly intended for lunch for external guests; dinner is primarily reserved for staying guests.

6. Swimming Pool

The pool is for the exclusive use of guests using the property’s services (accommodation or dining) and is open approximately from mid-May to mid-September, from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (weather permitting). For non-staying guests, access requires a mandatory minimum purchase. Outside food or drinks are not allowed. The property declines all responsibility for incidents resulting from reckless behavior or failure to observe pool safety rules.

7. Liability

The property is not responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of guests' personal belongings during their stay or visit. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the structures, furnishings, or property during their stay.

8. Product Purchase

Our cured meats and artisanal products are available by order or reservation. Availability depends on the production season. Vacuum-packed products can be purchased directly at the property. For specific orders, please contact us well in advance.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data for guests and website users is described in our Informativa sulla Privacy.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of Venice shall have jurisdiction.
